1. What is your favourite thing about the North Shore?
Every inch of Hawaii is tranquil, inviting, and breathtakingly gorgeous, but North Shore will have you wanting to cancel your returning flight.. trust me… It’s not a touristy area with tall buildings or hotels, it’s family orientated and quiet. We kept this in mind while we visited because the locals want to keep that atmosphere.
2. Where did you stay?
We stayed in a 5 star, Haleiwa beach front Airbnb (link here) – The hosts were amazing and the photos will never do it justice.
3. Favourite beach or place to hang on the North Shore?
We were right on Sunset Beach, so we didn’t have to look far for a place to set up. Every evening we would sit out on our porch or on the beach with the neighborhood and enjoy those one of a kind sunsets.
4. Best place to eat?
We actually ate at home for a majority of the trip on the North Shore, but when we did eat out we had the “Famous Ted’s Bakery Pie” right up the street, or drove down to Waikiki and ate at Duke’s Last Resort
5. Why did you choose the Tide Pool Set from Moss & Malibu?
I chose the Tide Pool Set because it has the perfect coverage to lay out, walk around, or surf. I also love the adjustable sides on the bottoms and top, it adds a laid back vibe to the look which is very Hawaiian!
